Who you are?
We are looking for a mid-senior help desk IT Technician responsible for resolving technical problems related to Windows workstations administration printer and commonly used software troubleshooting basic ad administration basic networking administration (wifi and Firewalls). The ideal candidate will be a part of the level 1 support in a three- tiered system of the company.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a IT Technician or any related profession in the same field
- Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience Switching/Routing, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, security consulting, SSL, etc.
- Strong TCP/IP and networking skills to perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.
- Expert-level understanding the role of customer support
- Ability to work under stressful circumstances and deadline pressure
Ability to collaborate across members of the same team and cross-functional teams alike; - Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are required to interact and communicate with external or internal partners
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for tech systems
- Documenting issues and the problem-solving process, including all decisions and actions, were taken up until a solution was reached, in a knowledge-base format
- Address specific questions about software and hardware issues, and provide instructions on how to repair or use it in a language that many people understand.
