We also review their CV to ensure it meets high standards. If all these criteria are met, we will forward the candidate to our client.

Our Candidate Submittal stage is a crucial part of our recruitment process, where we compile all the valuable insights and comments from the candidate’s interview into a comprehensive document. This detailed document consists of the candidate’s CV and our insights, outlining their technical skills, personality traits, and suitability for the role and your company culture.

Your Call

After presenting our client with a detailed candidate overview, we enter the decision-making stage. The client reviews the candidate to determine if they are a good fit.

If not, the search continues, and we work closely with the client to understand their reasons for not proceeding with the candidate to adjust our recruitment strategy accordingly.
